The Junior High teams traveled to Southmont on Wednesday night and came away with 2 Wins. The 7th grade dominate both sides of the ball winning 28-0. Drew Heath scored first with a 20 yard TD run, Jack Kane added a 2 point pass to Adler Holle. Jack and Adler hooked up again on a 51 yard TD pass. Drew added another touchdown with a 20 yard pass from Jack. Jack then had his own TD run of 60 yards and Reid Brown tossed a 2 point pass to Adler. The 8th grade opened the game with a Isaac Tyrie 60 yard kick return. Southmont answered to tie it at 6-6. The teams then traded turnovers and George Seaburg scored on a 1 yard run to put the Knights up 12-6. Southmont took the 2nd half kickoff and held the ball the entire 3rd quarter and into the 4th. The Knights D stiffened and forced a 4th down stop and then ran the clock out for the win. The JH teams play their first home game on Thursday, August 28th against Twin Lakes.
