CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM The Central Catholic Corporate Sponsorship Program is broken into levels: Royal Knight, Golden Knight, Silver Knight, Bronze Knight, Knight, and Squire. Each level has its own unique opportunities and benefits. There is limited availability for the Royal, Golden, Silver, and Bronze levels. Availability is determined on a first come, first serve basis. The sponsorship program is designed to give your company exposure to our school community and for us to use the support for the continued success of student programs. TERM The initial term of Royal, Golden, Silver and Bronze is two years, with the Royal, Golden, Silver, or Bronze level amount to be paid both years. Following the initial two years, the agreement may be renewed for an additional two years or year-to-year. The prices listed on the following pages are for one year (i.e. the Royal Knight level is $30,000 paid $15,000 annually) The Knight and Squire levels are a one-year agreement and may be renewed annually. DATES The partnership program runs each academic school year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS We recognize that businesses require financial flexibility. An initial deposit of $500 is required before July 1 of the academic year. Any remaining balance may be paid in monthly payments on the first of each month, quarterly payments, or all at once on an arranged date. How you would like to process payment is part of the registration process. Electronic or mailed statements are provided. TAX-DEDUCTIBLE All levels of support are tax-deductible for the full amount less the value of goods and services provided in exchange for the payment. The Lafayette Catholic School System Advancement Office will provide an official tax receipt and year-end tax statement. DO-NOT-SOLICIT As one of our partners, our goal is to limit multiple solicitations. You will be added to the Lafayette Catholic School System Do-No-Solicit List that is distributed to school principals, the athletic department, and parent organizations. As a corporate sponsor, our schools will not ask for any more from you. RECOGNITION LEVEL Your recognition level in the Annual Report and in the Bishop’s Society in be based on the net gift amount after non deductible benefits are netted out. APPROVAL PROCESS Once an agreement is signed, your organization will go through an artwork approval process based upon your level of support. You will be provided the requirements in a welcome package.
