Lafayette Central Catholic won the Catholic Classic with wins over South Bend St. Joseph and Fort Wayne Bishop Luers. The Knights dropped a tough 3-1 game to Guerin Catholic. The Knights and South Bend St. Joseph were both 2-1 for the tournament but LCC was Classic Champions by virtue of the head to head win over South Bend St. Joseph. LCC defeated South Bend St. Joseph 12-8 Friday night and scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to walk off Bishop Luers.
