At this time, the Central Catholic Athletic Department ask that all Parents and Students login to FinalForms to register for the upcoming 2025-26 athletic school year and sign all required forms. Note: The updated 2025-26 student/parent handbook will be uploaded in June/July 2025. Once updated, Students will be asked to re-sign prior to school beginning in August. Remember, FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year for a quick registration experience! Online registration is mandatory for all student-athletes next school year and beyond. Please carefully review your information, update if necessary, sign your forms and sign-up for each sport your student-athlete participates in. Lastly, Athletics has (10) open appointments remaining for Monday's (April 7th) IHSAA Sports Physical Night. Reminder: for families that have already scheduled an appointment, please pickup your athletic paperwork and pre-pay the $25.00 cost.
