The 8th grade Central Catholic Knights were victorious against the Roosevelt Indians 51-33, bringing their season record to 2-2. The Knights jumped out to a 34-11 halftime lead thanks to their pressure defense causing points off turnovers. Alex Gonzalez led the Knights in scoring with 15, followed by Dru Stapleton with 12 and Landon Brand with 11. In the B game the Knights fell 38-25. CC was led in scoring by Jameson Dowden with 8 and Easton Larrabee with 5. The 8th graders take on Delphi at home on Tuesday.
