Lee singled in the fifth scoring two, doubled in the first scoring one, and singled in the fourth scoring one. Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Embree Boutelle tripled, scoring one run, Lee doubled, scoring one run, and Angela Buczkowski doubled, scoring three runs. Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights added one run in the second after Corinne Zehring stole home. Kendyl McCammon earned the win for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights. The righty gave up three hits and two runs (zero earned) over five innings, striking out three and walking four. Chloe Moudy took the loss for Frankfort Varsity Hot Dogs. The hurler went four innings, giving up nine runs (eight earned) on six hits, striking out two and walking five. McCammon collected two hits for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights in three at bats. Zehring led Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, collecting six walks for the game. Zehring stole four bases. Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights ran wild on the base paths, tallying eight stolen bases for the game. Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights turned one double play in the game.
