Rensselaer Central Varsity Lady Bombers got on the board in the top of the third inning after Kami Davis singled, scoring two runs, and an error scored one run. Kendyl McCammon took the loss for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights. The pitcher went one and one-third innings, giving up nine runs on seven hits, striking out two and walking three. Meghan Duffy started in the circle for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights. The pitcher gave up eight hits and eight runs (one earned) over six innings, striking out two and walking three. Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights tallied 11 hits in the game. McCammon and Boutelle were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in two runs for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights.
