Twin Lakes Varsity Indians were the first to get on the board in the first when an error scored two runs. An error extended the Twin Lakes Varsity Indians lead to 4-0 in the top of the third inning. Twin Lakes Varsity Indians scored eight runs on five hits in the top of the fifth inning. Miya Clerget singled, scoring two runs, Quinn Gilford tripled, scoring three runs, an error scored one run, Kendra Hughes singled, scoring one run, and Maddy Hook singled, scoring one run. Myley Spriggs earned the win for Twin Lakes Varsity Indians. The starting pitcher surrendered three hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out six and walking two. Meghan Duffy took the loss for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights. The righty went four and two-thirds innings, giving up 14 runs (six earned) on eight hits, striking out five and walking six. Lilly Frey, Embree Boutelle, and Corinne Zehring each collected one hit for Lafayette Central Catholic Varsity Knights. Twin Lakes Varsity Indians collected 10 hits in the game. Gilford provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Twin Lakes Varsity Indians with four runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 2-for-2 on the day. Clerget, Gilford, Leah Shrock, and Hook each collected two hits for Twin Lakes Varsity Indians. Twin Lakes Varsity Indians had patience at the plate, amassing six walks for the game.
