The Knights traveled to BC Thursday to square off against the Bison in Atha Gymnasium. The Knights suffered a crucial set back in WCJC positioning for the tournament 37 to 33. It was a hard fought physical ballgame that was a back and forth affair for the entire evening. The Knights couldn't overcome the Bison's 6 3 pointers, most of which were contested. The loss dropped the Knights to 2 and 2 in WCJC play and will cost the Knights a bye in next week's WCJC tournament. The Knights offense was balanced. Jackson Weaver, Drew Heath, Adler Holle and Andrew Kern led the way with 6 points each. Jack Kane added 5 and Mikey Rotar 4 to round out the scoring. The hotly contested B game went down to the wire as well. The Bison pulled out a 26 24 victory. Beckett White and Franky Diaz led the way with 11 points each. The 12 and 3 Knights will return to action Thursday at Tecumseh to begin WCJC tournament play against a yet to be determined opponent.
