The Central Catholic 8th grade boys basketball team defeated Rossville this evening 40-35. CC once again had to battle back from a halftime deficit as they did not start the game with the energy and effort needed to win the game. But after halftime, they outscored Rossville by 9 points the rest of the way and dominated on the boards. Leo Baker led the Knights with 20, Connor Brand followed with 10 and Cruze Guyer chipped in 5. The Knights are home tomorrow night against East Tipp to end their 3 games in 3 days stretch.
