Girls Golf at B.C. invitational

The girls golf team played in the Benton Central Invitational  at Oak Grove Country Club. The team placed  5th out of 15.  As a team, the girls shot 386.  Individual scoring: Morgan Brown 72 and medalist, Lizzie Marlatt 99, Kate Rosebraugh 105, Emily Hicks 110 and Ellie Fields 115.

J.V. Girls Golf at Woodwind Golf Club

The J.V girls golf squad played in the All Catholic Schools Invitational at Woodwind Golf Club.  The team placed 6th out of 7.  Scoring was led by Megan Koerner 125, Ellie Fields 127, Amelia Caliendo and Lizzie Marlatt 131 and Anne Smith 156 with a team total of 514.  

Golf Girls Compete in Jefferson Invitational

The Knight girl golfers participated in the Jefferson Invitational and finished 12th out of 21 teams.  The team score was 397.  Individual scoring was:  Morgan Brown 76, Emily Hicks 104, Kylee Hicks 106, Ellie McPherson 111 and Megan Koerner 129.

Girls Golf at Harrison Invitational

The girls golf team competed at the Harrison Invitational and finished with a team total of 410.  The team finished in 8th place in a field of twelve squads.  Scoring for the Knights follows: Morgan Brown  76, Lizzie Marlatt 114, Ellie McPherson 109, Kylee Hicks 111 and Kate Rosebraugh 111, with  Morgan finishing as medalist .

C.C. Girls Golf Defeats Delphi 179 – 242

The Central Catholic girls golf team defeated Delphi High School 179 – 242 yesterday afternoon. Individual scoring are as follows: Central Catholic: Morgan Brown  33 Kylee Hicks  51 Megan Koerner 53 Ellie McPherson 46 Emily Hicks 49 Delphi H.S.: Sierra Snyder  60 Shannon Leahy  52 Gabbie Evans  66 Abi Bieghly  59 Kady Jacobs  68

Girls Golf Defeats Seeger 194 – 237

The C.C. Girls Golf team defeated Seeger 194 – 237.  Individual scores for the victorious Knights were:  Morgan Brown 36, Kylee Hicks 49, Megan Koerner 56, Elli McPherson 53 and Lizzie Marlatt 57.

Knights Girls Golf Enter Sectional Play

    Saturday, September 20th, the C.C. Girls Golf team will begin sectional play at Coyote Crossing.  The City / County meet held this past Thursday had a tremendous finish with C.C.’s Morgan Brown defeating Lafayette Jeff’s Samantha Hatter in the second of two sudden-death holes.  Please support the C.C. girls golf team Saturday at
