Knights Girls Basketball Takes Two From Tipton

The Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Tipton 60 – 38.  Central Catholic used a big second quarter outscoring Tipton 21-9. Knights went on to win 60-38 to improve to 7-3 on the year. The JV Girls also won 37 – 15.  The JV is now 6-3 on the year.

The Lady Knights improved their record to 2-1 on the year, with a 68 – 56 victory over Twin Lakes. The Knights used a 14 – 0 run in the first half to take a lead which they never lost. The Knights will now face Frankfort at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at McCutcheon.

Knights Fall to Raiders on Last Second Shot

The Lady Knights lost a heart breaker to the Harrison Raiders by a score of 58-56 on a last second shot at the buzzer.  The game was a back and forth contest, with no team leading by more than 6 points the entire game. The Knights are back in action Thursday, November 20, following the 6 p.m.
