Jr. High Cross Country Takes First Place

The Junior High Cross Country team ran in the Sheridan Invitational Saturday morning, August 29.  The Knight harriers took first place, scoring 41 points with an 11 point margin over the 2nd place Wisdom Builders.  Team scores: Central Catholic – 41, Wisdom Builders – 52, Frontier – 77, Southern Wells – 86, Sheridan – 111 and International – 166.    

Knight Golfers Drop Close Match with Twin Lakes

The C.C. Knight girls golf team played a conference dual match with Twin Lakes on August 18.  Losing by only 5 strokes, the girls lost 193 – 198. Individual scoring leaders were:  Morgan Brown 35 (Medalist), Kylee Hicks 51, Megan Koerner 53, Ellie McPherson 59, Emily Hicks 60, Lizzie Marlatt 60, Kate Rosebraugh 60, Ellie Fields 62, Grace Anne Dimmitt 62 and Amelia Caliendo

Knights Golfers at Western Invitational

The Knight golfers played in the Western Invitational at the Chippendale Golf Course.  The team finished 13th out of 21 with a team score of 421.  Morgan Brown 79,  Megan Koerner 108, Emily Hicks 113, Grace Anne Dimmitt 121 and Ellie Fields 132.

Girls Golf at B.C. invitational

The girls golf team played in the Benton Central Invitational  at Oak Grove Country Club. The team placed  5th out of 15.  As a team, the girls shot 386.  Individual scoring: Morgan Brown 72 and medalist, Lizzie Marlatt 99, Kate Rosebraugh 105, Emily Hicks 110 and Ellie Fields 115.
