The Knights boys bowling team remains undefeated with a 3-0 record after beating McCutcheon on October 6, Twin Lakes on October 14, and McCutcheon again on October 19.
On October 6 Corey Schramm rolled a 244 in his first game and followed it up with a 192 to lead the Knights with a 436 series. Troy Zhu sealed the win against McCutcheon with a 200 in the second game.
On October 14 against Twin Lakes the Knights were only able to start three bowlers instead of the usual five. Twin Lakes was also short-staffed with four bowlers. Being a man down didn’t prevent a win for the Knights, thanks to Jacob Lewis’s 224 and 254 games for a 478 series. Corey Schramm and Austin Chyall chipped in few pins for the match with Chyall rolling a 203 in the second game.
On October 16 against McCutcheon Troy Zhu (200) Corey Schramm (212) and Jacob Lewis (218) all rolled 200+ games to start the match. Luke Cooley subbed in for brother Evan in the second match and rolled a 223 game. Conner Hack subbed in for Austin Chyall and bowled a 169. The individual highlight of the match was Jacob Lewis starting his second game with eight strikes before leaving the 4 pin standing in the 9th frame. Lewis made the spare, then left another 4 pin the 10th frame. After converting that spare, Lewis rolled out a strike to finish with a 268 game.
