Multiple Teams · Knights take down the Tri-Central Trojans

The night got off to an impressive start as the JV team came out firing.  The Knights didn’t leave anything to chance by winning in two straight sets (25-8, 25-11).  It was a terrific night behind the service line and a dominate front line as the Knights cruised on this night.

The Varsity took the floor next and couldn’t find a rhythm until late in the first set, finally pulling out in the last 5 points of the set.  Set number two was very similar to the first as it took the Knights the majority of the set to finally find some semblance of a rhythm, but again pulling out a set two victory.  We came out much more aggressive in the third set taking control early and often winning the set handily.  So on a tough night, the Knights were able to defeat Tri-Central with a 3-0 set victory (25-23, 25-20, 25-11). This moves the Knights to 7-3 on the season heading into Thursday evenings match up at Clinton Prairie.
